In order to function as designed, and meet or exceed expectations, every entity is predicated on one or more governing principles. This reality places principles at a very strategic position at Lucemmic. Because nothing stands the test of time as remarkably as principles, this simple, yet enduring truth is the basis and foundation of our organizational design and concept.

At Lucemmic, principles are the building blocks of our very existence, the atomic structure of our unique philosophy, and the most fundamental unit of who we are.

Lucemmic is a data-centric, knowledge-based, and analytics-driven practice that exists to solve business problems through the application of knowledge. Knowledge is an artifact that is extracted from information, and is also the raw material to which understanding is applied to gain insight.

The name Lucemmic is derived from the Latin word “lucem” which means light. The suffix “ic ” adjectivizes “Lucem ” and communicates a unique rendered understanding of, “having some characteristic of ”, or “of or pertaining to” .

Light is symbolic of understanding, awareness, insight, perception, etc. Many phrases encapsulate this notion, such as, “see the light”, “shed light on ”, etc.

Typically, the advent or entrance of light signals a pivotal transition into a dimension of some, hitherto, undiscovered knowledge
or veiled understanding. Information carries light, and light brings knowledge and awareness.

Lucemmic is simply the embodiment of this universal concept.
